Team Biography

Galaxy have been formed since 2017 u7s, we have been in red 1 or now div 1 every season and only 1 other side have been the same. We train twice a week and this really helps with fitness and focus, all the players are developing every season and we also make sure the fun element is always involved. We do loads of team bonding activities away from football. In our squad of players we have 7 players from u7s who graduated from the Southbrook Y.F.C Stars Academy group and 2 other players been at galaxy since U8s The rest of the players have fitted in amazing into the team ethos and we are going from strength to strength.

 

We have won several tournaments around Southampton.

Mental Health Support Officer

As of the 2023/24 season, the committee have introduced a Mental Health Support Team, with each club having their own Support Officer to be the port of call for anyone suffering with mental health. 

The volunteer for Galaxy is Lucy Spiteri & Jeraldine Baddams.
