This is a fun and friendly 1 hour football session which is designed to develop budding footballer’s age 3-6 years in preparation to form a new U7s team to play within the Eastleigh District Mini Soccer League. It is NOT compulsory that players have to join a team when they reach the age of 6 as these sessions are great for interaction, communication, development and socialisation. However, we can only cater up to the age of 6 within this group.

With emphasis on improving ball skills & confidence in a relaxed environment, players are encouraged to challenge themselves both individually & in small teams, with our ever popular end games. Sessions include warm up, skills development & gameplay

These sessions are run by coach Lee Campbell. Lee is a FA qualified and experienced coach, and will often been joined by another member of the management or coaching team within Southbrook Y.F.C.

 

However, we are always looking for the next budding coach. The kids love parents involvement so if you are interested, please speak to Lee. Full training and qualifications can be provided to the right person

 

Stars sessions are held every Saturday morning, 10am – 11am They are on all year round unless specified. They are held at Oasis Academy Lordshill, Romsey Road, Lordshill, Southampton SO16 8FA (sat nav SO16 0XN) on the 3G pitches.

 

These sessions are free There is no need to book, just turn up. Please make sure you bring a drink and wear shinpads!
